Dr. H. Laurence Shaw is the founder of Human Life Sciences, an international life science consulting practice. Previously, Dr. Shaw was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Applied Spectral Imaging. Dr. Shaw was CEO and President of Pacific Pharmaceuticals, Inc., as well as the Chairman of its board. He also served as Corporate Vice President of Research and Development at C.R. Bard, Inc. Dr. Shaw founded Atlantic Pharmaceuticals, a public company, and was its CEO and President. At Abbott Laboratories, he was Vice President of Medical and Regulatory Affairs and Advanced Research. Dr. Shaw is qualified in medicine from the University College Hospital Medical School, London, UK,

Dr. Shmuel Cabilly holds a PhD in Immunology from the Hebrew University.

In the Backman Research Institute of the City of Hope he initiated the development of a new breakthrough technology for recombinant antibody production, which was patented and known as the “Cabilly Patent”.

Today, there are already more than 20 drugs in the market based on this technology, among which are Herceptin, Rituxan, Traceba, Raptiva, Xolair and others.

Dr. Cabilly was also a co-founder and a Chief Scientist of Ethrog Biotechnology, where he invented dry buffer technologies enabling the production of a liquid free disposable apparatus for gel electrophoresis and a technology that enables the condensation of molecular separation zones to a small gel area. This technology was sold to Invitrogen in 2001. Dr. Cabilly is now an investor and serves as a board member of several companies.

Prof. Amnon Peled is an ex scientist of Millennium Pharmaceuticals and is a graduate of the Weizmann Institute of Science. Amnon is currently an Associate Professor at Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem, where he directs a laboratory focusing on the role of chemokines and chemokine receptor based therapy for the treatment of cancer and immune diseases.

Assaf Segal is the Chief Financial Officer of CBI and has 15 years of experience in providing economic consulting, corporate finance, and transaction support services to leading Israeli and global companies in the biomedical sector as well as in the high-tech, financial, and other sectors. Before joining CBI in 2015, Mr. Segal was a Partner at Variance Economic Consulting and held managerial positions at Kesselman Corporate Finance – PwC and Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX). Mr. Segal holds an MBA in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yitzhak Meyuhas earned an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He is the founder of Meyuhas & Partners LLB, a leading tax firm in Israel. Mr. Meyuhas is an expert in Israeli tax law and previously held senior positions in the Israel Tax Authority..
